The Lead Station (web design and build)
Restaurant/Bar/Café, The Lead Station, opened in 1995, serves honest classic and innovative food and drink to an eclectic and fiercely loyal clientele from across Manchester and beyond. The web site needed to give the user a hit of great Lead Station atmosphere using large images as the focus.
QuaLETy Ltd (web design and build)
QuaLETy was formed by established Manchester landlord Sandra Savage as she refused to accept the poor service offered from existing letting agents. The site needed to be easy to navigate, clean and fresh, also fitting in with the already existing logo.
Matt Dines (logo, brand and web site design and build)
Based in Manchester, Matt Dines is an experienced photographer having worked on a professional freelance basis for the past five years. His web site needed to be clean yet with a sense of his personality.
Domestic Bliss (logo, brand and web site design and build)
Domestic Bliss is a lifestyle and household service company that needed a brand developing that exuded luxury onto an otherwise mundane set of tasks that the company would undertake. It was to be marketed to people living in the 'Golden Triangle'.
Clearly Health (logo, brand and web site design and build)
Clearly Health is a health insurance company. Between myself and the client we decided that it needed to be a little brighter and inviting than the usual medical colours, which can make people nervous - especially when looking for health insurance. The logo graphic was chosen by the client.
Metcon Concreting Services (web design and build)
Metcon specialises in the design and installation of high tolerance concrete floors on all types of composite metaldecking floor systems. I felt that the website needed to reflect the industrial element of concrete but should also be easy to use. It had a lot of client input but I think it still retains it's original framework.
Imperial Commercials (web design and build)
Imperial Commercials was a large project encompassing micro sites and the large corporate site that was almost totally content managed. It included a dealer finder and also vehicles that were for sale for that particular dealer. The programming was done by the technical guy and I hooked up a good proportion of the general pages to the CMS.
Ultimate Property Group (web design)
This web site was a speculative design for a property group that had just constructed the Burbo Point apartments in Blundellsands. It represented a clean sea like aesthetic - very organic and simple.
Read Gibbons (brand and web site design and build)
Read Gibbons offer a full range of legal services in the Macclesfield and North Staffordshire Areas. The previous web site was a dull grey and red colour scheme Upon finding out that they wanted to appeal to a younger market and a wider range I suggested a re brand to these brighter colours - making it a fresh new company.
Collision Solutions (Web site design and build)
Collision Solutions offer services that include managing accident claims and making sure that claimants have a suitable replacement vehicle whilst theirs is off the road. The web site had to be calm but also get the main aims of the company across quickly.
Shock-ad (web design and build)
Unfortunately this company no longer trade but it's one of my favourite web sites. The concept was based on the large promo banners that the company put up around the country. The gallery can still be found here, but it could be removed so please click view preview below to view a section of pages
Keating Supercars (web design and build)
The design was based around the existing logo and was originally meant to scroll sideways - the stripes connecting in each page. It's a simple design but it's got a great amount of class that echoes the supercar it promotes.
Trust Resourcing (brand, web design and build)
Trust Resourcing was formed to bring together quality employers and premium senior, Interim and permanent personnel. The web site needed to be clean and easy to use with an elegant navigation system. It's a content managed web site where the client can insert new jobs and text - this was predominantly done by the programmer.
NK Thermal (logo, brand and web site design and build)
The product made by NK Thermal protects documents and cherished items from fire so the design was in a fresh white page that was surrounded by subtle flames that didn't tarnish the information - just like the product.
Noisekiller (web design and build)
Noisekiller are the parent company of NK Thermal and after we designed the NK Thermal site they asked us to re brand their main web site. The logo was designed by someone else and I designed the fresh new and left hanging design complete with sound proofing wizard!
Taag (web design and build)
TAAG wanted a very clean and unfussy web site to present their information in and to also encourage people to contact them for their services. It has a simple design, re-enforcing the contact banner on the right in all pages with a simple jquery image banner that shows examples of their work.
Piggott and Whitfield (web design and build)
Piggott and Whitfield requested a re brand to their web site to keep up with their print work that they had had designed. It has case studies and an elegant sub navigation to the various commercial sectors that they provide their building and data solutions to.
Elizabeth White (web design and build)
Elizabeth White is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming therapist offering solutions for a wide range of issues such as smoking and anxiety. I wanted the site to be calming and professional with a very organic feel to show that what she was offering was a natural way to get rid of or reduce problems that people might have.
At the Speed of Sight (web design and build)
Unfortunately my design for the Speed of Sight web site has been replaced - the new version of the site can be found here for comparison. I felt that my design represented the excitement of the journey to 200mph and offered an instant hit of the scale of the project.
